2026 Season Dates: The 2026 swim season runs from April 27, 2026 - June 28, 2026 (this is set by the NorthWest Swim Circuit).
2026 Practices: Note that practice times are subject to change:

Returning swimmer registration opens Sunday, February 8th!
New Swimmer registration opens Sunday February 22nd! Register early! Spots fill up quickly, so we HIGHLY recommend marking your calendars and registering early. To ensure adequate coaching and a balanced team, we set limits on each age-group. This means there may be space for one swimmer in your family, but not for everyone.
If you are unable to register, please utilize our waitlist! There is no cost and we will pull additional swimmers from the waitlist first if a spot becomes available.
Registration fees for the 2026 season are:
The registration fees cover practices, meets, and most social events. Each swimmer also receives a free Dolphins T-shirt and cap.
The 2026 season will run from April 27, 2026 - June 28, 2026.

As we did last season, we will be using the Swimtopia software suite to keep the team and team’s meets running smoothly throughout the season. We strongly recommend that all families download the Swimtopia App. We will use it for 2 things during the season.
1.Team Push Notifications: Coaches and Board members can send broad notifications to all team members and it will be the primary way we send urgent messaging out to the team (for example if practice is canceled due to weather). This features is available for free.
2.Follow the Meet: In order to follow the meet on your phone you will need to use that same Swimtopia App. The base (free) version allows you to see your swimmers events, the jobs you signed up for at the meet, as well as in real time shows you what event the meet is on. In the app you can upgrade to a premium subscription for ($2.99/month or $9.99/year) where it additionally shows reminders for your child’s events, allows you to favorite your swimmers, shows real time results including team points earned, heat sheets, and some other items.
At a minimum please download the app and use the free version to make sure you are on any urgent communications that need to go out.
